Black Marriage Day
I’ve never heard of this, but its definitely something I’d love to be a part of. Black Marriage Day is coming in March, and there are a lot of interesting and educational components to this organization promoting marriage and unity in the black community.
Strengthening marriages is important for all people, but its particularly important in the black community where the number of single parents homes is at alarmingly high levels in comparison to other American ethnic groups. Make sure you check out the information and let your married friends know that we have another day to celebrate marriage outside of anniversaries and Valentine’s Day.
